The Meaning of GAYA
In Indonesia, GAYA mean ; genre, stylis, fashionable, trendy, etc. On the other hand, in Japan the character GA (賀= greeting, celebration etc ) is from NENGA, use for greetings the Happy New Year. YA (矢= arrow) is from the word of HAMAYA (an arrow which given by a temple or a shrine in the New Year or other celebrations, as a lucky charm to drive off evil).
